Ich habe mir dieses Buch extra für den Urlaub mitgenommen. Und das war die beste Entscheidung. Abends konnte ich es kaum aus der Hand legen, weil mich die Geschichte so gefesselt hat – und morgens ging es direkt nach dem Aufstehen weiter. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie spannend alles aufgebaut ist. Es gab immer wieder unerwartete Momente, mit denen ich überhaupt nicht gerechnet habe, und genau das hat mich so gepackt. Direkt danach war ich so neugierig, dass ich mir auch die Verfilmung ‘Safe Haven’ angeschaut habe. Der Film ist wirklich schön gemacht, aber wenn man die vielen Details aus dem Buch kennt, kommt er für mich nicht ganz a die Intensität der Geschichte heran. Für mich war es eine richtig mitreißende Geschichte, die unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht hat zu lesen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Spannung und Emotionen mögen.
